We Developed a 20-acre forested site into a new equipment fielding facility as part of the Joint Venture Lockridge FBi LLC.

Work includes: Demolition of multiple existing facilities, timber removal, 90,000 CU YDS cut and fill, detention ponds, 1,600 CU YDS of Concrete placement, bi - level loading ramps, industrial outdoor lighting, fencing, underground stormwater, underground water, fire hydrants, and electrical.
