Erected dozens of Alaskan Shelters in extreme cold weather conditions on top of expeditionary above ground foundations in 2020 to support the anticipated arrival of Soldiers supporting exercises in Europe.  Included the management of a local labor force, equipment rentals, and the logistics of receiving, inventoring, and utilizing thousands of unique items to erect the shelters. 

The system was built in the heart of Winter and was completed on time to support the mission.  The entire project was built during COVID without injury or illness.
